Altrincham, Hale and Bowdon sit across in Trafford on the WA postcodes, and it is the patch that sends us the most protection work — film, coatings and new cars.

Altrincham is a town of around fifty thousand and it splits across two postcodes that behave differently. WA14 takes in the town itself along with Bowdon and Broadheath; WA15 covers Hale, Hale Barns and Timperley and runs down towards Ringway and the airport.
Bowdon and Hale send us the highest concentration of protection work of anywhere we cover — film on leading edges, multi-year coatings, wheels off and coated. Broadheath and Timperley look more like the rest of our book: good cars that live outside and need correcting before anything goes on top of them.
Hale Barns runs down towards Ringway, and a fair number of cars from that corner spend days at a time in airport parking. Long stays under open sky mean bonded contamination and, depending on where they sit, tree sap and bird lime that has had a week to work.
Those cars usually need a proper decontamination stage before anyone assesses the paint, because what looks like scratching is often bonded fallout sitting on top of it. It is one of the few cases where the car genuinely looks significantly better before any machine touches it.
Every postcode below is one we regularly collect from or deliver to.

Three answers and you will see where the work starts, before you give us anything. The final figure comes from seeing the paint.

Exterior and interior reset, machine gloss enhancement, sealant protection
Every price is confirmed on the paint, not the phone. Bring it in for a paint check and you will get the real figure before anything is booked.

PPF on the front of the 911. Couldn't find a single edge, and they went through the aftercare properly.
Collected from Bramhall, corrected and coated, back two days later. Easiest booking I've made.
Honest about what would polish out and what was too deep. No upsell, just a very good finish.
Yes — WA14 covers Altrincham, Bowdon and Broadheath, and WA15 covers Hale, Hale Barns and Timperley. We collect and return across both, charged and agreed before you book.
They solve different problems. Film resists impact — stone chips on the bonnet, wings and mirrors. A coating resists contamination and makes the car easier to wash safely. On a higher-value car doing motorway miles, film on the leading edges with coating over everything is the usual answer.
It collects bonded contamination and anything organic that lands on it has time to work into the lacquer. It is not catastrophic, but it is the reason those cars need a full decontamination stage before anyone judges the paint.
That is your call, not ours. We collect and return, so for most customers the car is away for two days and never gets driven to us at all.
We would say we go further, and we will show you why. Dealer protection packages are usually applied quickly without correction beforehand. We measure the paint, refine it, then protect it, and you get the readings.
We collect and return across all of these from the Green Lane unit.
